Notarial Services

Services eligible for E-notary attestation:

“Signature witnessing” of all documents wherein a notary is required to sign off as to witnessing the signing of documents. 

This includes the attestation of personal identification required in: certain visa procedures, bank account openings, wills, marriage documents and documents related to legal proceedings such as the swearing of affidavits etc.

“Document authentication” for certification of true copies of original documents when copied in our presence either in person or in digital space.

Please note that in certain circumstances apostilization (legalisation) of documents may be required which is different than notarisation. A notary may verify that a document was sworn or attested to by an individual in the presence of the notary but an apostille refers to a guarantee of the international legal status of a particular document. For apostille services you will likely be required to go to your consulate.

“Notarised translations” ,we offer notarised translations for documents in English, Japanese and Russian. If there is another language you require a notarised translation in please don’t hesitate to contact us to see if we can be of assistance.

“Juristic Persons”, The full suite of E-notary services offered to private individuals is also available to juristic persons in the execution of their corporate duties. Notarial fees for services rendered to juristic persons are higher than those charged to private individuals due to the increased document workload necessitated by this classification of client. The juristic persons; signature, position within the corporate structure and signing authority must all be attested to prior to work on documents concerned with the juristic person’s corporate duties can be executed. These preliminary documents are kept in cloud storage and may be referenced for future attestations depending upon the specific circumstance.
